We have no control over the weather and summer storms. If a sudden weather event approaches the park will be closed promptly and ticket sales stop at the store. In this case, our trained staff will evacuate the park quickly. The following compensation will be offered to our customers.

• If it is possible to reopen the park in a reasonable amount of time, all patrons are offered the opportunity to return to the park at a later time in the day

• Customers may opt for a free pass to revisit the Aqua Splash another day.

• For patrons that have been on the park for a very short time (15 mins or less), a full refund is given.

• Water temperatures are posted frequently. Please note, no refunds will be given due to customers feeling the lake water is not ideal.

• For safety reasons, appropriate swim wear must be worn (No cut off jeans, riveted clothing, or loose untethered clothing). Staff reserve the right to refuse entry for non compliance.

• No sharp objects of any kind are permitted on the park including, sunglasses, jewelry, Go-Pros.

• Phones may be taken on the park at your own risk. Staff or management are not responsible for retrieving lost phones or other personal items from the lake bed.

• No Food or drink is permitted onto the park.
